Because we're not a company sending someone. We're a family: Bagdadi beside you, Malek behind the scenes. This started at home: whenever a relative needed to travel for a procedure, they called us. Bagdadi went along, and Malek planned everything behind the scenes. Bagdadi was also a barber in Alberta, where seniors were his favorite clients, and he hosted guests from around the world in Djerba for three years. We'll treat you the way we'd treat our own. And you don't have to take our word for it: the reviews are public, and you can talk to us on a call before you decide anything.

Where do your clinic recommendations come from?

Only from clinics we've tried ourselves, as a family. We choose the most natural, holistic options available. If we haven't been there, we won't send you there.

Do you get paid by the clinics?

Never. Our only income is our fee. The recommendations are free: ask us, and we'll send you the clinic details by message, whether or not you book us.

Who books the flights and the hotel?

You do, with our help. Fill in the form, and we send your personal travel plan within two days. We go over it together on a call, and if you approve it, you book your flights and hotel right then.

What if I need to stay longer?What if my loved one needs to stay longer?

Absolutely doable, extra days are easy to add. The daily rate stays the same, with the extra hotel nights and flight changes added to the trip costs. We keep five days free after every trip, so there's always room, and Bagdadi stays with you until you're ready to go home.

How much should I budget for the trip, beyond your fee?

Our fee is fixed: £500 a day, plus the companion's own flight and stay. Everything else depends on you: your hotel, your transport. We do it your way.
